The Law of Rhythm is related to the Law of Vibration/Law of Cause and Effect. The Law of Rhythm states that energy in the universe is like a pendulum, whenever something swings to the right, it must then swing to the left. Universal Laws govern everything, our health, relationships, nature, even the economy.
I was reminded of this while on vacation in Mexico. I watched the tide come in and go out, the ebb and flow of the water. The power of the tide created fun for the people frolicking on the beach and in boats. The waves got bigger and released more power, causing concern for people whose possessions were swept away by the outgoing tide. And, for the sailboat that ended up stranded on a sandbar. Then came peace and calm, little ripples, small pools of water in the sand, sparkling like diamonds.
Whatever you are going through right now, KNOW the swing will turn and things will get better. The pendulum swings right and left, back and forth. Night turns to day. The tide comes in and the tide goes out.
There is a rhythm and pattern in everything. We see it in the developmental stages in humans, in nature, in all life forms. There is a vibration and a rhythm to each life cycle and every season.
There is a season of sowing and a season of reaping. If your business is slow, know that it will pick up when you focus on what you really want. There is an ebb and flow to life, just as in the ocean tides.
Live in balance, in harmony with all the laws of the universe. Don’t let your negative emotions take over. Keep calm and keep putting one foot in front of the other. Some people fear becoming ‘too happy’ or ‘too successful’. They worry that something bad will happen next. This means they don’t enjoy the ‘good’ while anticipating the next ‘bad.
We can practice control over our emotions by not getting too excited about how great or how terrible things appear to be. Don’t exaggerate the ups and the downs and you will feel more balanced. When we start to know about and live in harmony with the Laws, everything flows more smoothly.
There is calm before a storm, then, after the storm comes the rainbow. There is always hope. Have faith that you are never alone. We are all connected and things will get better, even if they seem to get worse first. Everything you are going through is preparing you for the next phase of your life. Make something beautiful out of it.
You’ve heard all the cliches, “Go with the flow, Let go and let God, you reap what you sow”. There really is a cause and effect to everything. Life has a rhythm. Live in the energy you want to attract, not fighting against the flow.
